Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the prohibited uses of the Delivami platform. By using Delivami, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities.

1. Illegal & Malicious Activity

• Uploading or distributing malware, spyware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
• Using the platform to engage in fraud, phishing, or social engineering.
• Conducting any activities that violate local, national, or international laws.

2. Copyright & Intellectual Property

• Uploading, sharing, or selling content (including video, audio, or software) that you do not have the right to distribute.
• Using Delivami to bypass Digital Rights Management (DRM) or distribute pirated material.

3. Platform Abuse

• Attempting to bypass our rate limits, storage limits, or payment systems.
• Using automated bots or scraping tools to extract data from Delivami without authorization.
• Hosting adult content, pornography, or extremely violent material on public-facing delivery pages.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP without warning or refund. We may also report illegal activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
