1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create or modify your account, request on-demand services, contact customer support, or otherwise communicate with us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Services, facilitate escrow payments and payouts, send notifications, and develop new features.

3. KYC & Identity Verification

Because our platform facilitates financial payouts via Escrow, we are required by global financial regulations to collect Know Your Customer (KYC) data. This includes government-issued ID and business incorporation documents. This sensitive data is securely stored and used strictly for identity verification and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.

4. Third-Party Service Providers & AI Processing

To provide our services, we share necessary data with trusted third-party providers. We ensure all our partners are compliant with GDPR and relevant data protection laws:

  • Infrastructure & Storage: We use Cloudflare (Pages, Workers, Stream, R2) for our core infrastructure and media hosting, and Neon for managed PostgreSQL database storage.
  • Authentication: We use Better Auth for secure user sessions, passkeys, and handling SSO logins (Google, GitHub).
  • Payments: We use Paystack for secure payment processing and tokenized billing. We do not store your full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications: We use Resend and React Email to deliver transactional emails (like invoices), and PartyKit to power real-time websocket features.
  • Cloudflare Worker AI: Used to power AI features such as comment summarization (Llama 3) and voice transcriptions (Whisper). Note: Data processed through Cloudflare Worker AI may be used by the provider to auto-train and improve their models. By utilizing our AI features, you consent to this data processing.
  • Analytics & Diagnostics: We use Sentry (error tracking), Amplitude (product analytics), Google Analytics & Tag Manager (traffic analytics), and LinkedIn Insights (marketing analytics). We also use Cloudflare Browser Insights and Turnstile for bot protection.

5. Data Security & Your Rights

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access. Under GDPR and other privacy laws, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights directly within your account settings or by contacting us.
