1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Delivami, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Escrow & Payouts

Delivami provides an escrow and payout technology platform to facilitate transactions between creative professionals ("Users") and their clients. Delivami is a technology provider, not a bank or financial institution. Funds collected from your clients are held securely by our authorized payment processing partners (e.g., Stripe, Paystack) until the agreed-upon deliverables are approved.

3. KYC (Know Your Customer) Compliance

To use our payout and escrow features, you must complete our identity verification process (KYC) required by global financial regulations. Failure to provide accurate business or personal documentation will result in the suspension of payout capabilities.

4. Client Relationships & Dispute Resolution

Delivami acts solely as a platform to facilitate file delivery and payments. We are not a party to the contract between you and your client. Any disputes regarding the quality of work, deadlines, or refunds must be resolved directly between you and your client. Delivami does not provide mediation or arbitration services for creative disputes.

5. Acceptable Use (Files & Portals)

You agree not to use our file storage, video streaming, or white-label client portals to upload, share, or distribute any material that is illegal, malicious (malware/viruses), or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to delete violating content and suspend accounts without notice.

6. Custom Domains

If you utilize our Custom Domain feature to host your white-label portal, you remain solely responsible for the content displayed on that domain. Delivami assumes no liability for copyright infringement or illegal activity occurring on user-mapped domains.

7. Intellectual Property

The Delivami platform and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Delivami Inc.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
