Subprocessors

Delivami uses certain subprocessors to assist in providing our services. A subprocessor is a third party data processor engaged by Delivami who has or potentially will have access to or process Customer Data.

Infrastructure & Hosting Subprocessors

• Cloudflare: CDN, DNS, Edge computing (Workers), Video hosting (Stream), and Object storage (R2).
• Neon: Managed PostgreSQL database hosting.
• Upstash: Serverless Redis for rate limiting and caching.
• PartyKit: WebSocket infrastructure for real-time features.

Service Specific Subprocessors

• Paystack: Payment processing, tokenized billing, and payouts.
• Resend: Transactional email delivery.
• Better Auth: Authentication infrastructure (including Google/GitHub SSO processing).
• Cloudflare Workers AI: AI inference for summaries and voice transcriptions (Llama 3, Whisper).

Analytics, Diagnostics & Marketing

• Sentry: Application error tracking and performance monitoring.
• Amplitude: Product usage and engagement analytics.
• Google Analytics & Tag Manager: Website traffic and marketing analytics.
• LinkedIn Insights / Ads: Marketing conversion tracking.
• Cloudflare Browser Insights & Turnstile: Bot protection and web performance analytics.
• Google Fonts API: Typography rendering.
