Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds
Delivami is a subscription service billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
2. Trial Periods
If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged. Once you are billed at the end of the trial, that payment is non-refundable.
3. Escrow Disputes and Creative Work
Delivami provides Escrow technology but does not act as a mediator or judge for creative disputes. If a client deposits funds into Escrow but is unsatisfied with the work, Delivami will not arbitrarily refund the client. A refund from Escrow back to the client will only occur if the creative professional (the User) explicitly authorizes the release of funds back to the client, or upon receipt of a binding legal order.
4. Non-Refundable Transaction Fees
Platform transaction fees processed through Delivami are non-refundable. If you (the creative) issue a refund to a client for work delivered through Delivami, the original platform fee will not be returned to you. Furthermore, certain payment processors (like PawaPay or localized mobile money methods) may have strict non-reversibility rules; refunds for these methods must be handled manually outside the platform.
5. Billing Errors
If you believe there has been a subscription billing error on your account, please contact us at billing@delivami.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate the issue and issue a credit or refund if applicable.
